Derek D. Dawson, a longstanding resident of Charlotte since 1994, is the Founder and CEO of Dawson Property Management. His journey into real estate began with a Bachelor's of Science in Finance and Real Estate from Florida State University. With a vision to establish his own property management enterprise, Derek embarked on his career as a property manager in 2008. His dedication to the field led to the acquisition of his North Carolina Real Estate License in 2009, broadening his engagement in the real estate sector.
In 2011, Derek realized his entrepreneurial dream by founding Dawson Property Management, assuming the role of Broker-in-Charge. Passionate about property management, Derek leverages his extensive experience, comprehensive knowledge, and strong work ethic to consistently deliver exceptional service and satisfaction to his clients.
